Fin-Soft Solutions provides software products and related services to financial advisors, brokers, and institutional clients in India, including but not limited to Wealth Track Auto, AMFI Web, Online Transaction, Mobile Apps, and Robo Advisory.

By using our website or software:

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or software.
• You agree not to use our services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of our software.

Fin-Soft Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services at any time for breach of these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Fin-Soft website, software products, and related materials — including but not limited to source code, design, graphics, text, databases, and documentation — is the exclusive property of Fin-Soft Solutions or its licensors.

The trade mark FIN-SOFT SOLUTIONS® is a registered trade mark under Section 23(2), Rule 56(1) of the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Unauthorised use of this trade mark is prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our software and website for the purposes for which they are provided. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Fin-Soft intellectual property without prior written consent.

3. Software Licence and Client Agreements

Access to and use of Fin-Soft software products (Wealth Track Auto, AMFI Web, Online Transaction, Mobile Apps, Robo Advisory, and MF-Brokerage module) is governed by the specific software licence agreement or service agreement entered into between Fin-Soft Solutions and the client.

Where a specific client agreement exists, it shall prevail over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency. These Terms apply to general use of the Fin-Soft website and to enquiries or interactions prior to entering a formal client agreement.

4. Disclaimer

The information on the Fin-Soft Solutions website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or regulatory advice.

While we take care to keep product information and content accurate and current, we make no warranties, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the information on our website for any particular purpose.

• Any matter relating to our services beyond what is provided in a specific client agreement.

Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms, to the extent not excluded, shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Fin-Soft Solutions in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
